VFS McGill Student Chapter had the pleasure of hosting Craig Huisson for their first speaker event on November 22. Craig Huisson is the director of Helicopter Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada. With his over 30 years of experience, he delivered a fascinating presentation on the evolution of helicopters. He dug into the use of technology and innovation to design, develop, and power helicopters in a competitive environment, to meet the needs of a cost sensitive industry. All the students that attended gained a better understanding of the helicopter industry from his presentation.
