Nous avons \u00e9galement entendu CAE et l&#8217; \u00c9cole Internationale de Pilotes d\u2019essai sur l&#8217;\u00e9volution de la formation des pilotes dans les environnements d&#8217;exploitation et d&#8217;essai en vol.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pilots are at the heart of aerospace,\u00a0 in the past and looking into the future. But the responsibilities and competencies required to be a pilot have evolved in the past 40 years and look to undergo very significant changes in the near future.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">In this event we have heard from flight test pilots on how they contribute to aircraft design &amp; certification, as well as the changes coming to that landscape with new eVTOL, UAM &amp; UAV aircraft poised to enter the market.
