He has worked in the commercial aviation industry for 30+ years and is one of Canada\u2019s leading aviation and rotorcraft journalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wesley Reid<\/strong> \u2013 DART Aerospace. In a 14 year aerospace career, Wesley has touched on fixed wing aircraft maintenance, helicopter structures design and technical marketing of helicopter mission equipment. Currently heading up product strategy as Lead Product Manager for DART Aerospace and he also serves as Vice-President of the Montreal-Ottawa Chapter of the Vertical Flight Society. He is a mechanical engineer licensed with the Ordre des ing\u00e9nieurs du Qu\u00e9bec and holder of a Transport Canada Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) recreational pilot&#8217;s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mozhdeh Shahbazi,<\/strong> PhD is the secretary of Working Group I, Technical Commission II of the International Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS), the vice president of the Canadian Remote Sensing Society (CRSS), the chair of Working Group III at the CRSS, the associate editor of Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing and the co-editor in chief of Journal of Unmanned Vehicle Systems. She holds a BSc degree in survey engineering, an MSc degree in photogrammetry engineering, and a PhD degree in applied geomatics\/remote sensing. She also holds several academic certificates in the fields of computer vision and artificial intelligence. She joined the Department of Geomatics Engineering as a professor at the University of Calgary in 2016. Since 2018, she has also been an adjunct professor at York University in the Earth and Space Science and Engineering graduate program. In 2019, she took on the role of the lead scientist at the Centre de g\u00e9omatique du Qu\u00e9bec, a college-based center for technology transfer, where she is now active as the scientific manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nicolas DesChamps<\/strong> is the son and the brother of farmers. He has a degree in Mechanical Design, is an experienced drone pilot, and is passionate about innovative technologies such as drones and robotics. He founded Drone Des Champs project, when he arrived in Canada as a French immigrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gil Weisman<\/strong> joined the Drone Des Champs adventure not long ago. He has a master&#8217;s degree in business and has extensive experience in distribution, negotiation and entrepreneurship, having founded an eCommerce company in Canada. Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans l&#8217;industrie a\u00e9ronautique agricole o\u00f9 il a travaill\u00e9 pendant un an comme op\u00e9rateur au sol. Apr\u00e8s, il a pilot\u00e9 le Bell 206B Jet Ranger et le Robinson R44 \u00e0 des fins de pulv\u00e9risation a\u00e9rienne pendant deux ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dan Wright<\/strong> est actuellement conseiller principal de DART Aerospace, qui a acquis Simplex Aerospace en 2019. Au cours de ses 36 ann\u00e9es de carri\u00e8re, Dan s&#8217;est tourn\u00e9 vers le d\u00e9veloppement de produits qui r\u00e9pondent aux probl\u00e8mes du monde r\u00e9el. Il est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en conception m\u00e9canique, pilote de drone exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 et passionn\u00e9 par les technologies innovantes telles que les drones et la robotique.
